Loved my stay at Tama Ryokan! Cozy futons, spotless rooms, and Eiko-san made it extra special with daily treats. So close to Takadanobaba station and great food spots. Just a heads up, the building is a bit drafty in winter.

The futons provided were surprisingly comfortable for sleeping.

My experience was frustrating, to say the least. The room was freezing, with only a small heater that barely worked. I found the shared bathroom situation inconvenient and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I also encountered difficult stairs that were a hassle each time I needed to go anywhere.

During my stay, I was welcomed with good Moomin cups, which added a special touch. The host was genuinely attentive. The futons were unbelievably comfortable, providing me with restful nights after adventurous days exploring the area.

We really enjoyed staying close to Takadanobaba station with our kids. It was super convenient with many food options nearby, including a McDonald's. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home, which is always a plus with young ones.

My kids wished there were more bathroom facilities for families.

We stayed in a Budget Double Room for 4 nights, and it really felt like a cozy home away from home! The room was clean and had a lovely atmosphere.
